Samvaado ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our WhatsApp marketing, AI agent and customer support platform.

- Personal Data: name, email, phone number, company name and address when you register or contact support.
- Customer Data: contact lists, messages, opt-in records and any content you upload for campaigns (you own this data).
- Usage Data: IP address, device & browser information, pages visited, API usage logs and timestamps.
- Payment Data: processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide and maintain your account, deliver services and operate the platform.
- To send transactional messages about account activity, billing and support.
- To improve and personalize our services, including analytics and feature development.
- To comply with legal obligations, and to detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
3. Cookies & Tracking

We DO NOT sell personal data. We may share data with:
- WhatsApp Business API providers and other messaging gateways to deliver your messages;
- Payment processors for billing and refunds;
- Service providers who perform technical or support tasks on our behalf under contract;

5. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect data. Access to customer data is restricted and logged. However, no system can be 100% secure — you acknowledge residual risk.

7. Data Retention
We retain data as long as your account exists and as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Our services are not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
Terms & Conditions

1. Acceptance
By using Samvaado’s website, applications and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older and have the legal authority to enter into contracts to use Samvaado.
3. Account Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
Samvaado is intended for legitimate business communication. You must not use the platform for spam, harassment, fraud, or illegal activities. You agree to follow WhatsApp Business policies and local laws regarding messaging and consent.
5. Payments & Billing
Subscriptions are billed per the plan you select. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for fees and applicable taxes. Pricing may change with prior notice.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
All platform code, designs, trademarks and other intellectual property belong to Samvaado. You retain ownership of content you upload, but grant Samvaado a limited license to process that content for delivering services.
7. Third-Party Services
We may rely on third-party providers (WhatsApp API providers, hosting, payment gateways). Samvaado is not liable for third-party outages or policy actions (for example, WhatsApp number bans).
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws. You can cancel your subscription at any time per the Cancellation Policy.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Samvaado is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Samvaado’s liability is limited to direct damages up to the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Fees
All subscription payments are non-refundable except in limited circumstances described below.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are considered if: (a) service was not activated after payment, (b) duplicate or erroneous charges occurred.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge with proof of payment.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Charges due to WhatsApp number bans or policy violations by you.
- Partial or unused subscription periods.
- Setup or onboarding fees (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
4. Cancellation
You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation will stop future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
